Posted · per model setting I can no longer select.

I have been using cura about a month.. Watched a video on youtube by CHEP Filament Fridays,, He has a video where you can make certain parts of a model stronger.. or with more infill. I tried it a few weeks ago and wasn't able to change the infill percentage so I gave up. I installed 4.1 a few days ago and was having issues so I uninstalled and re-installed 4.0. I went back into his video to try again..  and now I can no longer select PER MODEL SETTINGS no matter what I do.  I am following the same directions as I did a couple weeks ago and I was able to click on PER MODEL SETTINGS. I select the support block and it's highlighted.. but the PER MODEL SETTINGS is grayed out.

is there something I need to change in my settings?

Thank you
