Posted · Cura freezed instead of slicing

I am new to 3D and Cura. I expected to find a similar question here with an answer, but didn't. I am using 4.0.0

I created an STL with OpenScad and printed it. I modified it and printed again. I modified once more and now when I hit slice in Cura it just freezes. No progress bar or anything. The preview image seems just fine. I have the same problem with STL files I download. I attached my file. What am I missing?
