And I didn't get any confirmation from ultimaker.

    The UM2 start shipping at the 21 of october you get your place at the queue but until that date theirs Dont deliver the machine so we have to still byte us nails till that!!!

    Thank you for your post.

    If I look at your order I see the order went through properly ('Complete'), the order was paid for ('Paid')

    and the shipment state is 'Ready'.

    Once the order will be shipped the status will change to Shipped.

    I see you ordered an Ultimaker 2, and we start shipping the first machines on October 21st and will do our very best to keep the leadtime under 2 weeks.
