y axis problom on print head casing

 

Hello I noticed my prints not looking as good layer wise on my y axis. Everything is leveled correctly and nothing is loose.

But I did notice the print head wobbled some on the y axis but not the x. So I took the print head apart some. Now the bearing on the y axis rod of the print head has no wobble. But once assembled back it wobbles. I know the x axis bearing is a much longer bearing and the y axis one is half its size so its must be from the plastic housing for the bearing. 

Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

I had the exact same problem with my new S3 that drove me crazy for months. I finally resolved it by tightening down very securely, the four 2mm screws on the top of the print head. This removed all of the looseness that you describe.
