UM3E makes noise and vibrate when printing.

Hello,

I got my UM3E about two years ago now, and I noticed recently that it would make noise, like a sort of grinding, when printing, but only on certain position. It does not seem to be related to a specific axis, but more to printing on a certain position on the bed plate, or maybe when it is printing long lines. The noise has gotten louder and is now creating vibrations that affect the surface quality of the prints.

I just serviced it: checked the axles, greased them, tightened the pulleys, pushed the motors down, etc, but it's still there and I'm at a loss as to what could cause that noise and vibration.

Here's a video I just recorded where you can hear the strange noise:

Sorry for the quality, it was taken with my phone.

I'm printing with PLA white, and the noise seems to now create vibrations that give a ringing effect on the surface of my prints. My previous print last week was in ABS gold and I did not notice an y ringing, although the sound was already there but much less noticeable.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
