Such software does not exist. Gcode is not a 3d format. (For 3d prints) it describes movement of a hotend and amounts of plastic to be extruded. In theory, one could write a piece of software that would create geometry in the predicted shape of the extruded plastic. Unfortunately this 3d model would not work very well for FEM analysis, because each layer will be a "separate" partly overlapping bit of geometry instead of being actually connected. With lots of computational work you could digitally "fuse" the layers, but this digital fusion would be very different to the properties of the actual fused layers of plastic. In other words, the results would be so inaccurate that it is probably just not worth writing the software to convert gcode back to a model for FEM analysis.
