Y axis stepping out after upgrading CURA 4.3

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited) · Y axis stepping out after upgrading CURA 4.3

I upgraded from CURA 3.4.1  to CURA 4.3.

In the left picture which is my first printing with CURA 4.3,  Y axis stepping out had been occurred.

And the next picture, as you see, left one was printed by CURA 3.4.1  and the other is  CURA 4.3.

Both are in the same settings.

If you have  experiences like me, please give me an advice.

Thank you in advance!

Regards,

Clara

      • Ultimaker Cura 5.6 stable released
Cura now supports Method series printers!

A year after the merger of Ultimaker and MakerBotQQ, we have unlocked the ability for users of our Method series printers to slice files using UltiMaker Cura. As of this release, users can find profiles for our Method and Method XL printers, as well as material profiles for ABS-R, ABS-CF, and RapidRinse. Meaning it’s now possible to use either Cura or the existing cloud-slicing software CloudPrint when printing with these printers or materials
