Posted · Z-Achse nach dem Homing nicht limitiert??

Hallo,

ich habe einen Ultimaker Original mit nachgerüstetem Heizbett und er hat bisher gut funktioniert. Neuerdings habe ich das Problem, das ich die Z-Achse nach dem Homing noch nach oben über move-Z in den Minus Bereich zu verstellen geht. Daraus resultiert dann das beim Drucken das Hotend in das Druckbett fährt.

Habe die Firmware schon mal neu aufgespielt und die Z-Achse unzählige male neu ausgerichtet.

Die Treiber sind auf TMC 2208 verändert worden und wie beschreiben nur die Anzahl der Schritte verdoppelt worden. Das hat aber für 20 Drucke gut funktioniert.

 

Plötzlich jetzt das Problem...

 

Wer kann helfen?
