Unable to connect S3 to Cloud Connect

Hello,

 

I am unable to connect our brand new Ultimaker S3 to the cloud, it is stuck on the screen shown in the attached image. I have no problem connecting our other printer, a Ultimaker 3, to the cloud.

 

I am using the latest firmware (v 5.3.6-20191029).

 

I tried to to connect to the cloud with different browsers but it didn't work either. Is this happening to anyone else? Has anyone found a solution?
