Tough PLA and Gyroid?

Maybe I’m missing something obvious?

i have the printer set to Ultimaker S5 and the model is a benchie.   We select gyroid infill using Ultimaker Tough PLA.  When we slice, we get an error with the profile?  Brand new CURA install on a new machine

 

Help.  🙂

Just sliced a Benchie here with gyroid and tough PLA. Didn't print it on the S5 but could. No errors came up. Indeed more info on what happened would be useful.

For some weird reason, I think it is because I have no Profile when I look in the Preferences

 

How do I get one?  So weird.  I haven't been a heavy Cura user in quite some time.  I'm trying to guide some students on how to us our new Ultimaker S5's and both Cura installs seem screwed up
