Random Z-seam on every Layer

Hey folks,

is there a setting to randomize Z-seam on every layer? When choosing random seam, the seam is still sometimes at same position for 10 layers or so. Is there no setting to tell cura, that the seam has to be at least x distance away from last layer or something similar?
