Posted (edited) · Replacing DIY printer parts with MK3S

I made DIY printer using MDF, off the shelves parts and now want to replace parts with 3d printed one with Prusa i3 MK3S design.

 

Cura seems to ignore small holes and gaps. As per following thread suggests that I need Simplify 3D to print parts for reasonble fits on smalls components like square nuts and belt. 

 

Is this the case?

Using PLA at 0.2mm to print.
