Lost Calibration in X-Axis UM3

Hi there,

 

Need some Help.

I am Printing with a UM3. After a aborted Print the x-axis moves to far. A calibration box 100x100mm Prints with 110x100mm.

Factory reset and new Firmware had no effect. Did a Calibration for the printcores and the x-Calibration field was ca.10mm larger than the Print.

Tried changing Microstepping with M92 X78.74 - no effect.

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

Solved. There was Material jammed between the pulley and the Belt.
