Cura 4.5.0. OS is a fresh install of Debian 10. Downloaded and ran the appimage.

 

A number of problems with text / fonts exist. The tops of a lot of text is cut off, and the "Start G-code" and "End G-code" text appears as just boxes. Seems like just the preferences dialog box is affected, but it's a pretty crucial component of the application.

 

Please see attached screenshots.

 

I do see a number of errors in the terminal such as:

Fontconfig warning: line 5: unknown element "its:rules"

No other font issues exist with any application on my system.

    I am having the same issue but I have the latest version.

     

    Edit: This started after installing the octoprint plugin, likely unrelated

    Found a solution?

    I have the same problem with the appimage 4.8.0....

    No problem with the arch-linux's version on the repo.
