Printing Threads Post Cura 4.5 Install

I have been printing threads quite merrily prior to installing Cura 4.5.  In the picture below, you can see such a print on the right.  It is strong and seems like it is completely connected to the cylinder to which it is attached.   After installing Cura 4.5, my threads print only just barely in touch with the cylinder and the threads can easily be detached from it (as on the left in the figure below).  I'm not sure what to do differently.

 

When print such threads, I have "Support Overhang Angle" at 80 degrees.

 

Can you help cure my ignorance?

Can you please attach sample gcode for a good thread print and a bad thread print? Thanks.

I unfortunately do not have a gcode for a good print.  Here's a bad one though

Thanks for the file. Looking at the gcode you can see that the model is not totally solid. There's an inner ring and the threads are not connected to it. Here's a slice through the gcode that shows what I mean...

 

 

I would have expected to only see walls on the inside and outside of the part with infill between the walls. It looks like a modelling problem to me.
