S5 Ultimaker. Thinking it is part of the head assembly as the fan door blew right off.

That is definitely not any part of your printhead. Is it possible it's from some other equipment nearby?
It was laying inside the printer cabinet. It could be from some other area; I just don't know. Thanks for checking.

I confirmed with a couple colleagues just to be sure, but it doesn't look like that should be any part of an S5, so your printer should be all right.
