Yes i have and i didnt really understand what I have todo.. if someone could explain in a little better that'll be great (english isnt my native language)
Ok, let me try to explain and let me know if anything is not clear.
- Make sure you run the latest firmware. If you don't or if you are not sure, follow these instructions (connect to pc via cable, install firmware via Cura).
- If you look at the back of your printhead you should be able to see the backside of your hot end. In the hot end are 2 cables, heater cartridge (that generates heat) and PT100 (which reads the temperature). They both need to be inserted fully. If you are not sure, you can share a photo.
- If you look at the bottom of the printhead, you can check if the tip of the nozzle is not touching the metal fan bracket. If it does, the heat could be conducted away from the nozzle because both being metal, creating the error. If they touch, move the fan bracket so they no longer touch. Here you can see that they don't touch:
