Posted · Does cura automatically stops the bed preheating if it lasts too long?

Hello,

I use Cura (4.6) to slice and run prints for my Longer3D LK4 Pro over a USB connection. To improve bed adhesion, I preheat the bed manually during at least 10 minutes and I'd like to try to go up to 15 minutes.

However, I don't know the exact moment but after some time the preheating stops.

1. Is it a feature from Cura or from my printer (or Marlin) ?

2. Is there anyway to override this?

Thank you for helping.

Cura stops reverts the temperature to 0 after 15 minutes of preheating. There is currently no way to change this duration.
