Parasitic Unretracted moves between segments in Surface Mode : Surface

Hi guys !

I'm having trouble slicing correctly in Cura 4.5 when using the Surface mode : "Surface" or "Both" (when it applies to loose surfaces).

On small curves from loose surfaces, Cura inserts small unretracted moves between segments. It does not with enclosed volumes.

Here's a pic. We're looking at 1, 2, 4, 8mm radii, in surface mode, applied to loose surfaces on the left and a similar enclosed volume on the right.

Is that a bug ? Did I screw something up ?

I ran a quick test with Cura 3.6, and the result is different !

With 3.6 I don't get all these tiny moves between segment, but instead I get a "re-run" on some of the surfaces, at the end of the layer. It looks like a combing move, but combing was set to "off" in this example.
