Posted · UMS5 untere Schichten werden kleiner gerdruckt...

Wir haben einen UMS5 Bundle. Bei dem tritt seit neuestem das Problem auf, dass er die unteren Schickten schmaler als den Rest druckt und die Seiten sich von der Platte lösen.
Material: PLA SEMI-Matte Black von ColoFabb. Das verwenden wir schon lange.
Druckeinstellung: Fine 0.1mm mit 0.4mm Düse. Programmvorgabe von Cura, nur die Wandstärke und untere/obere Schichten auf 2mm gesetzt.
Er hatte es schon sauber gedruckt, auf einmal macht er das nicht mehr ordentlich.

Kann es an dem letzen Update liegen? Hat jemand auch diese Problem?

    In Cura gibt es ein Setting "Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion" welches dir bei einem negativen Wert die erste Schicht kleiner druckt. Default ist dort aber nichts drinnen, aber kontrolliere es trotzdem. Man verwendet dieses Setting eigentlich um den Elefantenfuß zu umgehen, das klappt hervorragend und ich habe bei mir meist immer -0.25 eingetragen.

     

    Ich glaube nicht, dass dein Warping mit diesem Setting zu tun hat, die paar Zehntel mehr bringen nicht so viel Haftung um das zu verhindern. Ich würde die Glasplatte peinlichst reinigen und dann eine dünne Schicht UHU Stick (mit einem nassen Tuch verteilen) anwenden.

     

    Luftzug kann auch eine Rolle spielen, aber weniger beim S5, da er ja die Türen hat.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time.
