Placeholders for 4.6

I am trying to add a placeholder for my dual extruder printer in the start guide without success. I want my unused nozzle, only printing with one nozzle, to preheat to 190. I have tried using the tag for material_print_temperatre,0. It works but I have no idea where it's getting the temperature from as it does not appear to be any that is shown in the active profile.

 

Is there a list of placeholders for version 4.6?
