Holes in thin walls

Hey,
This is a problem I've encountered when trying to print a figurine. The part of it I've screenshotted should be one solid, albeit thin, wall, but it has these holes in it as well as questionable line placement. I don't really understand the difference between the red and yellow pieces here, but the red prints good and is what I want; is there settings I should change in Cura to make it all behave the same way? I would prefer to not have to tweak the model. I will be printing this with an Ender 3 Pro, and am using Cura version 4.6.0.

Any tips or insight on what this means would be helpful!
