Prints with Cura delaminating at 90 mm

Every print over 90 mm starts de-laminating when using Cura.

I tried Prusa with the same stl file and did not experience de-lamination.

Hi there.

It looks like with this part there are problems with some of the thin wall settings. 

You mentioned every print over 90mm. Are there other models without thin wall at the top that you have tried printing that have the same results?

If it's only this model, would you be able to share a project file so we can look at your setting and check the model under layer view?

I have attached another picture of 2 different projects, wall thickness from solid 3 mm to 6mm with infill

Both separated also at 90mm
