there are some post processing scripts, which can pause the printer, but I highly don't recommend to pause the printer for several hours. You will see the break in the model and you have to ensure that the heated bed still heats all the time, otherwise your part can come loose.
A break is mainly used to change Filament or to put a nut into the part, so normally the nozzle keeps also heated during the pause, which means your hotend fan still runs and make noise.
You can ofc modify the gcode manually, turn off nozzle heater, turn off fans, but keep the bed heated.
