Pin code for Ultimaker factory.

HI there. 

 

I own a S3 from a couple of months and I have one issue I can not solve. 

 

It is about the cloud and the possibility to use the camera online from anywhere and check the status of the print. 

 

 

I have the last update for the S3, and I'm using Cura 4.6.1. 

 

I ave created an account to use the Ultimaker factory. 

When my printer is linked to my computer by Ethernet (and the computer is connected to internet from the wifi) I can, ONLY from the computer use the video camera and I have access to whole information panels. 

 

If I want to use the Ultimaker factory from my 4G on my laptop or iPad, I need to enter a number, a pin code that the S3 is supposed to give me when I push the screen with the "Ultimaker factory". 

 

Or I can not have this code from the printer because when I touch the screen, nothing happen (the screen works). 

So I can not achieve the process and I can not use the camera online to check my prints from my house. 

 

I hope I have been clear enough, English is not my native language!

@91115322 Firstly, make sure you have the latest firmware of your printer. 

Instructions for how to find the PIN to connect to Digital Factory for different models of printer can be found in this knowledge base article.

If for whatever those instructions don't work for you, you might have to contact UltiMaker support as official support is not offered through the forum.

 

(And from a "forum etiquette" perspective, next time please create a new topic instead of reviving a four year old one, and include more details, as your request is extremely vague.)
