There are two ways, add yourself a custom material or ask Overture to provide a profile. The 3rd party materials available in the marketplace are created be the filament vendors and AFAIK there is a web interface where they can easily upload new profiles.
But in most cases using just the generic profile is good enough. I never had the need to add a custom profile for a specific material, but ofc depends on your filament.
