Inner Walls Different to Outer Walls, Jerky Prints

I'm getting erratic wall behaviour which reduces print speed and quality using Cura 4.7. Screenshots show what I mean. They're all from the same part at different layers. Shouldn't those walls be concentric and smooth? It's causing jerkiness on my printer, slowing things down and overextruding in those regions. This is my first post, I've tried everything, please help!
