Prints mess up when reaching 47mm in height

I have an ultimaker original + and the last three times it has stopped extruding after roughly reaching 47mm in height. Ive printed these objects before and they came out fine, and Ive printed other things much taller than 47mm before, I don't know what has changed to make it keep messing up.

Have you tired to print another stl file to see if you get the same problem?

Also if you can a few photos to show just what you mean by it messing up the print, as that can give clues to whats going on.
