UM S5 wear on plastic axis joiner

Hi Guys,

I've had my S5 for maybe 1.5 years, and I've noticed some wear to one of the black plastic parts which joins the print head axes together. At this connection, the axis end appears to be loose, however the S5 is still operating fine. I have no idea how this has worn more than the others.

Any suggestions on what I should do? I did submit a ticket to ultimaker support over a week ago but no reply which is pretty disappointing.

You need a replacement for this slider block. I would contact your reseller or any Ultimaker reseller in your area to get the spare parts.
