Posted · UM S3 Does not update material profile from Cura

Hi,

I currently have problem with S3 running the latest firmware.

I'm trying to upload 3DXTECH ASA material profile to UM3 with Cura's marketplace but it does not show in UM3's list of materials when I try to change spools.

I can always override settings and ignore the problem but that is time consuming in longer period.

When I download profile from marketplace cura shows that new material is sent to printer but no luck.

Others have similar problem with newest firmware?

    Hi

Do you use also a recent version of Cura?

You can try to do a Cura Connect (Digital Factory)  reset on the printer and then when the printer is up and running again, to restart Cura. Normally Cura should pop up with small notification message that it has to send missing materials to the printer.
