first you mast have adequate nozzle heater like ,and you must search on the forum some information ,then you must to do

test printing,and define what speed temperature give you best results,i do this when i have new material,and when size of the 3d print  do not match with  smaller nozzle,and build custom profile for nozzle heat ,heat bed , and speed,some time i must change retraction speed,

You wont profile but you don t give information what printer, hot end, extruder, what machine you use.

This is the basic steps for you.
