Posted · Cura Home Position Is Wrong

I have a Da Vinci Jr 1.0. I've been printing continuously for a few days but I just started a new print and the extruder ran into the side of the build plate. I've got the z offset set in firmware and have tried changing it. But when I hit the home button in Cura the extruder goes to the lowest possible point, which happens to be below the plate. Any idea what's going on or how to fix this?
