Feature Request: Ability to rename groups of merged STLs for Dual Extrusion

  1. 1. Dev Team has this in Backlog since early 2020 with low priority. Do you think they should prioritize this higher?

Same question as Github Issue #7933, #7483, #7116. 

In this thread I read that you are able to rename single STLs in the object list with Mesh Tools,  but this doesnt work for Groups. 

If you have multiple Groups of merged STLs in Groups, you cant keep them appart. For researchers testing many dual extrusion samples, this can lead to mistakes.

Please consider raising the priority for your dev team on this topic (Backlog CURA-6798).
