Hi All,

I have an Ultimaker 2 with an Olsson head (upgraded about a year ago).

The heater block stopped heating, so I've order a new one from AliExpress and got it.

As much as I fasten the screw in the heater block, the heater cartridge remains loose.

I assume that I got a bad replacement.

1. is there anything I can do to make the connection tight after all?

2. Where is a good place to buy a heater block?

Thanks,

Efi
