Posted · Cura acknowledges but intermittently does not communicate with printer

Hi, I'm going out of my mind with this issue. I first started using Cura when I got my Anycubic Mega Zero 2.0  and it was working flawlessly. Not long into printing a few files, it would not communicate with my printer. I would turn it off and on, unplug the USB countless times, restart my computer and maybe I'd luck out and get it to work 1/20 times.

I had no idea if it was my printer or Cura and I found out recently it is 100% Cura. I tried MatterControl and it works flawlessly 100% and always connects and isn't finicky. The problem is that MatterControls commands suck, basically wrecks my gear and I get MUCH better results with Cura, so I need to figure this out.

Under "Preview", I have absolutely no problem getting "Print to USB" to come up. I click that button or just toggle over to "Monitor" and I know exactly what it will look like if it's working right or not: It will only show me Extruder 1 temps and not the bed temps and it will stay firmly at 0 degrees. At the bottom it says "Printing" and "0%" indefinitely. If I ever try and unplug the USB from the printer, in Cura, the status screen on the right under "monitor" will disappear and under "Preview" there will be no more "Print to USB" so it definitely knows something was there and is no longer...

Is there drivers or something that I need? I'm using the "Mega Zero" template in printers as there is no option for "Mega Zero 2.0". Would that be a problem? Any help would be appreciated.
