I tried again to print PVA yesterday... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I hate PVA !!!!!
My 2nd nozzle was clogged like never ! The PVA was totally carbonize into it... I had to disassemble all the hotend and use blowtorch to clean it...

Wait, doesn't PVA dissolve in warm water? Perhaps carbonized PVA doesn't... I guess you could try to print at lower temperatures, though I don't have any experience with PVA.

I tried this weekend with a simple parts... Without success. I was able to print 40 layers before the extruding was stop. I contacted Mexhibit to exchange the spool.
But, I've just find this topic, http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?262,131000,133086,%20it%20looks%20to%20be%20the%20same%20issue.%20I%20hope%20this%20next%20spool%20will%20reconcile%20me%20with%20the%20pva...%20lol
it looks to be the same issue. I hope this next spool will reconcile me with the pva... lol
