Supported skin fan speed not working

Hello all, I'm having problem with the "supported skin fan speed" and "fan speed overide" setting, I've enable the fan speed overide in support setting and set the supported skin fan speed to 100% but the sliced Gcode doesn't change the fan speed when printing over support. I've tried reinstalling the program and going back to the last version, but still can't get this to work. Is there're other setting  I have to set to make this feature work?

Here's my Cura project and the Sliced Gcode.
