Posted · estimated time doubled with no changes to Cura or .stl

I've been slicing a .stl for some time now and its normally a 21hr print. I made a slight change to the .stl file and now the print time has nearly doubled to 1 day 18hrs.

I found a back up to the .stl and its still 1 day 18hrs.

I use a profile so nothing has changed with in Cura settings.

I have tried on my other computer and same result.

I can't understand what is going on here.
