Posted · 2E+ Stepper Motor Slipping

I am looking for some help with an issue of the x-axis stepper motor slipping.  The printer makes a grinding sound, I get "Limit Error 07" Machine does "home", but during the print the design drifts to the left. 

Any help would be much appreciated!
