> How do I add additional nozzle sizes to the nozzle selection pick list?
You don't. Adding a nozzle size to that list does not just require you to add a "variant" file with the nozzle size, which would be relatively easy, but also quality profiles for all the materials and qaulities you want to be able to print with that nozzle size.
You could simply use the 1.0 nozzle size settings, and then use the Printer Settings plugin from the Marketplace which adds a Nozzle Diameter setting in the "sidebar" (among many other settings which are probably less relevant for you).
In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
