The ultimaker s3 cannot change material.

Posted · The ultimaker s3 cannot change material.

Hello, I have a question with the material changing. Today when i pringting the system noticed "the material for feeder 2 appears to be empty. please change it to a new material to continue printing."like this.

then i clecked change material and follow the notice, until material extrudes from the print head i pushed the confirm button. after that the new material unload automatically. that's so strange. please help me. Thanks.
