Can't sync my account

Just updated from windows 7 to 10 on my desktop so I could use cura 4.12 and have never used the market place in the past, but thought I would try it and it wouldn't sync my account when I go to account updates in cura. I tried this on my laptop just to see and it works there but not on my desktop. I have uninstalled all the previous curas and uninstalled/reinstalled 4.12 but nothing changes. Thanks
