Hi, Difficult to find a discussion forum about reDeTec recycler. Thanks for this one.

I am not able to help You because I am less advanced than You in the use of the Redetec recycler.

Indeed the problems start at the beginning! Not only the grinder does not work (no interlocking) but the wheel of the puller seems blocked. it therefore does not drive the filament.

The technical support does not answer me despite my reminders.

I tested in automatic and manual, but nothing happens.

Do you have an idea? May I have to dissassemble the machine ?
