You image does not work. But maybe something messed up in the configuration, you can try resetting the profile to default settings to see if that resolves it.

one little idea !
When I installed the latest version of Cura, I noticed that it would not show up any of this information.
I found out that my firewall had listed Cura activity as suspicious. I put Cura in the safe list and then restarted. problem solved.
Make sure your antivirus and firewall software dont hate Cura ! ;-)
