Travel speed can't be lowered to less than 150?

Hi,

I was trying to adjust the travel speed and realized that I can't lower it to less than 150, is that normal?

I'm using Creality Ender-3 printer profile and Cura 4.13.1.

Ok, I think I have misunderstood the color scheme, the "maximum speed" in the color scheme was referring to Initial Travel Speed (which was set to 150 and I didn't modify). I changed the initial travel speed and now I'm getting the correct values.
