using lattice with meshmixer

can someone tell me the steps i would take in meshmixer to add a lattice support to a print?

i managed to get it to work twice but that was after i messed with it like forever.

im sure its simple but also hard if you dont know how.

i watched a couple videos but it was more on how he could use lattice in an advanced state and not useful for beginners
