Posted · ER56 whenever using PVA on Ultiaker S5 with material station

We are constantly finding an ER56 error on extruder 2 when trying to use PVA support strut. Most strangely it seems a new fresh reel of PVA can be loaded in and will do one print job, after which trying to do a second print with dual material causes this crash upon starting.
