How modify infill parameters for part of model only in V5

Previously to V5 it was easy to modify infill parameters for parts of the model only. Now, when I use 'per Model settings' with a separate model only for infill parameters in 'Modify settings for overlaps' all of the Model and the separate model are affected. Also, when I try to add support blocker, I do not get the possibility to to add a support blocker object.

Has the possibilities of V5 been reduced with the discarding of the now 'not supported extensions' in V5?

Any Help will be appreciated.

This hasn't been reduced and the functionality is a core part of Cura (not an external plugin). I've just tried it on my machine and it works as expected
