Check the setting for "Wall Order". If it is "Outside to Inside" then change it to "Inside to Outside". There is nowhere to hide the Z seam on a cylindrical or spherical object.
If you use the "File | Save Project" command and post the 3mf file here someone will take a look.
Remember though, Z seams are like belly buttons, everybody has one. Some (like mine) are just cuter than others.
