Personal Cura changing print temps

I'm not sure why, but when my slice job is set to print at 215, it starts it off at 190 and doesn't change.  Not a deal breaker, but with ABS set at 230, it still defaults back to 190, no bueno.  Any ideas as to why its doing this?  Attached is a cura slice that I had this problem with.

I noticed that what ever I put in Cura printing temperature settings, It always uses the "Start G-Code settings I put int the "Printer Machine Settings".

My machine start code is "Start Print", end code is "End Print"
